Our big seller this year is Empire Zoysia sod. We have received a lot of great feedback on this low-maintenance, drought tolerant sod. It has been in short supply this spring, but we still have more Empire Zoysia sod!
As always, Floratam St. Augustine Sod is a big seller, too. Floratam sod is the full sun variety of St. Augustine sod. If you need a shade tolerant St. Augustine sod, Seville is the best choice for you.
When we install your sod, we recommend watering it in every day for a week, then every other day the second week. You don't need to fertilize your new sod while it is establishing itself, as it has small amounts of fertilizer from the sod farm and needs time to acclimate to your soil.
